Our specialty wine class is back for the third consecutive year! Orange wine is a unique style of winemaking that’s quickly gaining popularity with American wine drinkers. In this class guests will taste a selection of incredible wines that exhibit a range of notes specific to Orange wine.
COMPARING SAUVIGNON BLANC
June 1 @ 4pm

In this class, guests will taste different expressions of Sauvignon Blanc, a wine known for its crisp, bright notes and easy drinkability. We’ll compare the similarities and differences between each pour as we visit prominent regions in France, New Zealand, California, Italy, and Argentina.
HIGH ALTITUDE WINES

In this class, guests will taste wines from high altitude regions such as Savoie and Alsace in France, Salta in Argentina, Alto Adige in Italy, and Mosel in Germany, all of which exhibit beautiful aromatics and exceptional acidity—the perfect combination for a summertime tasting class!
CHARDONNAY

Arguably the most well-known of all white wine varietals, this class will explore the depth and diversity of Chardonnay by comparing wines from California, Burgundy, Australia, Piemonte, and Argentina. Guests will come to better understand the different styles of Chardonnay and will be encouraged to choose a favorite!

This class marks the three-year anniversary of Bar Brunello and we’re celebrating by pouring one of our all-time favorite wines: Brunello di Montalcino. Famed as one of the most finely crafted (and expensive) varietals, this class will take a deep dive into the structure, complexity, and texture of the world’s best expression of Sangiovese Grosso. Bar Brunello anniversary after-party to follow!
RIOJA

Rioja is one of the wine world’s best-kept secrets. It’s an age-worthy, high-value varietal that’s considered a peer of more expensive, widely-known wines like Bordeaux and Burgundy. In this class, guests will taste and compare old and new vintages and examine the exceptional potential to age these wines.
